+ Upon delivery of the keys, the TENANT will provide the
LESSOR with a certificate of tenant's insurance including
two million dollars ($2,000,000) of liability coverage and
will maintain said insurance for the duration of the lease
and any future renewals.
+ Proof of employment is required with all applications.
+ The tenant agrees to pay a deposit at the time of signing
the lease and to respect the building's rules and
regulations.
+ The unit is deemed non-smoking, including cannabis and
vaping. The cultivation, production, distribution or
purchase of cannabis or any illegal substance is strictly
prohibited.
+ Any short-term subletting such as, but not limited to,
AirBnB is strictly prohibited and will constitute a breach
of lease.
+ No pets are allowed in the unit.
+ As this is a furnished rental, a security deposit
equivalent to one month's rent is required, said deposit
will be returned to the tenant at the end of the rental
period after a satisfactory inventory by both parties.
