from an employer prior to signing a lease to the Landlord's
satisfaction. Any credit check will be payable by the
tenant.

3) The dwelling is deemed to be non-smoking, including
cannabis and vaping. The cultivation, production,
distribution or purchase of cannabis or any illegal
substance is strictly prohibited.

4) Any short-term subletting such as, but not limited to,
AirBnB is strictly prohibited and will constitute a breach
of lease.

5) No pets.

6) THE TENANT will be responsible for the payment of any
penalty due to his non-compliance with the regulations.

7) THE TENANT will be responsible for the payment of any
fees due to the loss of the keys.

8) The house will be clean on the date of occupancy and
must be returned in the same condition: this includes the
condition of the floor and wall. Except for normal wear
damage will be repaired at the tenant's expense before
leaving the premises.
